Education in America



American education offers a rich field of options for international students. From abroad, and even from within the U.S., is a series of institutions, programs and places that decisions can be overwhelming to students. To simplify the choices, the student must carefully study how each program and location can meet the goals of the learner. In order to make informed decisions, a student must know how it is organized education system in the USA.

The education system in the U.S.A requires that students complete 12 years of primary and secondary education before attending university or college. This can be done either in public (or government-operated) schools or private schools. These 12 years of schooling (or equivalent) can also be performed outside the U.S., so that foreign students the opportunity to continue the benefits of the education system in America and get American quality education. Perhaps one of the most impressive is the large number of presidents, prime ministers and leaders of other countries that have experienced the American education system and graduated from a university or school in the U.S.. In many fields and industries, the American education system offers the most pioneering and coveted programs in the best schools in the world. That is why graduate from a U.S. accredited school and exposure to the rigors of the American education system is an investment in your future.
